1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Agreement

Electric City Web Design provides custom web development, photography, and maintenance services. Each project requires a separate signed proposal detailing the scope of work and payment schedule.

3. Maintenance and Updates

Managed packages include one (1) hour of maintenance per month. Any additional work or updates requested beyond this hour will be billed at a standard rate of $50 per hour.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may lead to project timeline adjustments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Electric City Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services or third-party hosting providers.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
